Pre-Treatment:

S31 SILANE IMPREGNATOR

A silane/siloxane base sub-surface protectant for factory or jobsite application. No stripping/ removal necessary after grouting. For use on honed and textured natural stone.

S40 JOBSITE PROTECTOR / GROUT RELEASE

Is a water base acrylic coating for jobsite application. It is applied with a roller prior to grouting. It will later clean up with HMK R55 Intensive Cleaner or R80 Stripper. For use on textured and very absorbent natural stone

Initial Clean up and Grout Film Removal:

R55 INTENSIVE CLEANER / GROUT FILM REMOVER

A pH 7 neutral liquid cleaner, when diluted with water, for all new and existing natural stone. Removes grout film residue, other construction dirt, surface stains, and most water based wax finishes. It is also excellent for thorough periodic cleaning. It will not damage polished stone surfaces chrome stainless steel or other finished metals

R63 CONCRETE FILM REMOVER

This a strong, fast acting, dilute acid type cleaner for rough and flamed natural stone. It removes joint cement residue, lime deposit, efflorescence, rust and other construction dirt. Not for use on polished stone.

We realize that there are several ways to treat natural stone, some which are very harsh to the stone, the environment and those who work in it. After years of experience we have also found that some methods are more enduring than others.

Protection:

S31 SILANE IMPREGNATOR (GENERAL PROTECTION)

Is a silane/siloxane base impregnator for interior and exterior, honed and textured stone. It is an invisible below surface sealer, 100% permeable and UV resistant. It protects against dirt and water without affecting the appearance of stone or marble.

S32 WATER BASED IMPREGNATOR
A water base impregnator suitable for interior and exterior well-absorbing natural stone, unglazed tile and manmade hard surfaces. It has an environmentally friendly, water base formulation that is odorless, allowing for application in occupied spaces. Excellent protection against water & oil, highly vapor permeable, UV resistant / non-yellowing and leaves a natural appearance.

P2 WATER BASE IMPREGNATOR (Marble)

P2 Impregnator is solvent free, pH-neutral and highly vapor permeable. It provides exceptional protection against water, dirt, grease and oil. For interior and exterior use on all natural and man-made surfaces (i.e. granite, marble, limestone, terrazzo, slate, ceramic, porcelain, etc.) regardless of surface finish. Free of silicone and waxes, P2 bonds with the stone making it highly suitable for food courts, food service areas and kitchens. A slight color enhancement is possible, depending on the type of stone being used.

Ongoing Maintenance:

P19 MARBLE AND GRANITE POLISH

This is a modified silicone-wax base conditioner, maintenance cleaner and polish preserver for interior use on polished natural stone. Exhibits excellent dirt, alkali, water, and scuff resistance while also providing slip retardance. It is pH 7 neutral and especially developed for bar and vanity tops, windowsills, shower stalls etc. It prevents soap cum build up and water rings, and retards etch marks from fruit juices, wine or other acidic substances.

P21 POLISHING PASTE (STONE FURNITURE)

This is the same as P19 but in a concentrated paste form for application in smaller areas. Repeated use of this product will prevent soap, water, and make up from staining vanities and dressing tables.

P23 POLISH PRESERVER

This is a no-rinse, water base acrylic maintenance sealer and cleaner for interior polished and honed natural stone. It will keep surface clean, shiny and protected against dirt and abrasion. It is scuff resistant and slip retardant.

P24 LIQUID STONE SOAP

This is a no-rinse, daily conditioner and maintenance cleaner for all interior and exterior natural stone. pH 7 neutral and 100% natural. This product exhibits excellent cleaning properties and is scuff resistant and slip retardant.

CPM3 SPRAY: Clean - Protect - Maintain

For daily use on countertops, vanities, window sills, shower walls and baths made of natural or man-made surfaces (i.e. granite, marble, limestone, terrazzo, slate, ceramic, porcelain, etc.) Cleans, protects and maintains in one simple step. This product does not contain wax or silicone and does not leave a residue. Prior P2 Impregnation will increase dirt and stain resistance.

CPM3 FLOORS: Clean - Protect - Maintain

For daily use on all stone floors, natural or man-made (i.e. granite, marble, limestone, terrazzo, slate, ceramic, porcelain, etc.). Cleans, protects and maintains in one simple step. This product does not contain wax or silicone and does not leave a residue. Scuff resistant and slip retardant. By impregnating the stone first with P2 Impregnator, dirt and stain resistance is increased.

CPM3 SPECIALTY WIPES: Clean - Protect - Maintain

Moist wipes for daily cleaning and protection of all natural and man-made stone (i.e. granite, marble, limestone, terrazzo, slate, ceramic, porcelain, etc.) regardless of surface finish. Clean, protect against water, oil and grease and preserve shine where needed. Easy to use and food court safe once solution has completely dried. Pleasant citrus scent.

Stripping and Stain Removal:

R55 INTENSIVE CLEANER (ACID FREE)

This is a pH 8.5 neutral liquid cleaner for all new and existing natural stone. It will remove grout film residue, other construction dirt, surface stains, HMK S40 and most water base wax coats and/or finishes. It is also excellent for thorough periodic cleaning. This will not damage polished stone surfaces, chrome, stainless steel, or other finished metals.

R80 STRIPPER / STAIN REMOVER (ACID FREE)

This is a professional stripper/stain remover for all natural stone. It will strip heavy wax coats, most sealers, other protective build up, and HMK 40. It will remove paint, fat, oil, tar and other stains. (Should be used in conjunction with poultice to remove deeply penetrated stains.)

Note: This is not effective on some solvent base urethane finishes. Use HMK R50 and/or HMK R99 Stripper for removal of these tough finishes.

VOC / Hazardous Restrictions Regulate Solvent Based Products - The new regulations lower the amount of Volatile Organic Content (VOC) allowed in coatings and protective treatments sold and used in these areas. The regulations seek to reduce toxic emissions and ground-level ozone. The five states affected are Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Virginia counties are Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Stafford, including the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park. All products listed meet the new regulations.
